My own relationship with fitness hasn't always been a straight line.
I've experienced periods where I've been strong and training consistently, and others where illness, treatment and recovery have meant starting again from a very different place.
Those experiences have taught me something important: progress doesn't have to be perfect to be meaningful.
Sometimes progress is lifting more weight or running further. Sometimes it's walking through the gym door, completing your first session or doing something today that you couldn't do a few weeks ago.
That perspective is at the heart of OAK Personal Training.
